Size Recommendations:
Men - We have used measurements which match with most high street retailers.
If you are between sizes, both will fit. However if you want a tighter fit - opt for the lower size. On the other hand, if you prefer a larger fit, opt for the larger size.
Women - We recommend ordering a size down from your normal women's clothing. I.e. If you usually are a Women's Medium, opt for our Unisex Small and so forth.
